Personal Development – Mindfulness

Do you spend time dwelling on the past or worrying about the future?  We run a Mindfulness Course to help you recognise these triggers, how it affects mood and how to view things differently.

  • Understand what Mindfulness is
  • Learn how to make the most of life now by becoming more aware of the present
  • Recognise triggers that affect mood
  • Learn how mood is affected by these triggers
  • Discover how you can take positive action allowing you to view thoughts and situations from a different perspective

This course consists of six, 2 hour sessions over six weeks in a small group.  A qualified tutor will teach techniques and lead discussion in an informal, safe and supportive environment where you can explore current and new skills to help break the cycle of anxiety and stress
